Terms and Conditions


We have attempted to keep our terms as fair and simple as possible:

Booking
Bookings may be agreed by phone or e mail and we must receive 25% deposit to confirm the booking, ie: to refuse the apartment to other enquiries. The balance plus breakage deposit is due eight weeks before your arrival. As the bulk of our business is with the UK, prices are in GB Pounds. You can post us a UK or French cheque (please use an 'E' stamp) or pay direct into our UK bank account. Other European Euro cheques in equivalent Euros + 15 euros which is our bank's charge.
By sending us a payment, you are indicating that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Deposit
Please note that we require a deposit of 100 GBP with your balance, which we return by post less any charges for excess cleaning or breakages on the first Monday following your departure.

Guests
The apartment is let from 2pm on the day of arrival and guests must leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition by 10 am on the day of departure.

Guests must not cause unreasonable nuisance to the owners or their guests. No smoking or pets allowed.

The use of the accommodation, equipment or any amenities on site is entirely at the hirer's risk and no responsibility will be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests personally, their belongings, or vehicles. The owners are not insured for theft of their guests' posessions.

The owners shall not be liable to the guests for any temporary or stoppage in the supply of services, nor in the respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the apartment or grounds; nor for any other matters beyond the reasonable control of the owners; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the guest should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period other than the amount previously paid by the hirer in respect of the rental period.
Under no circumstances shall the owners liability to the hirer exceed the amount paid by the hirer to the owner for the rental period.

Cancellations
Please note that once you have made a firm booking, you are contracting to pay the full cost of the rental. However, if you wish to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let the apartment, in which case we will send you a full refund, less the cost of any specific advertising that is necessary. Please note the later the cancellation, the less likely we will be able to relet.
Guests are strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy to include cancellation cover and full cover for the party's health, property, etc. Guests from the UK or EU must bring their E111 document (obtainable at main Post Offices).

Terms and conditions enclosed with the hirer's booking confirmation may supercede these terms and conditions. We recommend you print and keep a copy of this page.

Long lets are possible but are subject to different terms and conditions which are available on request.
